this house has now been condemned due to some kind of imminent domain law. Sad but true. I'm all for protecting the integrity of "beach front property" but, knowing the sharky land owners in the next row of 'soon to be beach front property', I feel a little sad. To be saddled with a mortgage on a condemned property. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, especially my brother.
